Eggah
Eggah (A yaren Larabci na Masar: عجه ʻEgga) abinci ne na kwai a cikin abincin Masar wanda yayi kama da Frittata. [1] An kuma san shi da omelet na Masar. Eggah galibi ana dafa shi da kayan yaji kamar tarugu, kirfa, cumin, tsaba na coriander, turmeric, gyaɗar kamshi da sabbin ɗanyen ganye. Gabaɗaya yana da kauri, yawanci yana cike da kayan lambu kuma wani lokacin nama kuma ana dafa shi har sai ya yi gaba ɗaya. Yawancin lokaci yana da siffar da'ira kuma ana ba da shi a yanka irin ta rectangles ko wedges, wani lokacin da zafi kuma wani lokacin da sanyi.[2] Ana iya cin Eggah a matsayin abin marmari, abinci ko abinci na gefe.[2]
Bambance-bambance na eggah na iya haɗawa da kamar; parsley, albasa, tumatir, tarugu, da leek.
Akwai irin wannan abincin a Indonesia da ake kira martabak, wanda ya haɗa da ƙirƙirar jikin ƙwai (ko wani lokacin da laushi) don dafa shi daga ciki; ana kuma iya cinsa tare da miyar tumatir.[3] Eggah yana kama da frittata, Omelette na spanish, Omelette na Mutanen persia kuku ko omelette na Faransanci.
