Franklin Winfred K. Aheto ɗan siyasan Ghana ne kuma ɗan majalisar dokoki na farko da na biyu na jamhuriya ta huɗu ta Ghana don Mazabar Ashiaman a Babban yankin Accra na Ghana.[1][2][3]

Aheto dan Ghana ne, dan siyasa kuma memba na majalisar dokoki ta biyu na jamhuriya ta hudu ta Ghana. An zabe shi a matsayin dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Ashaiman a lokacin babban zaben kasar Ghana na shekarar 1996.[4]

Aheto ya shiga majalisar ne a karon farko a zaben majalisar dokokin Ghana a shekarar 1992 kan tikitin jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress. An zabe shi a karo na biyu don zama dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Ashaiman a lokacin babban zaben Ghana na 1996,[5][6] inda ya lashe kuri'u 35,212 akan abokan hamayyarsa; Doku Joseph-Wills K. K. na jam'iyyar People's Convention Party wanda ya samu kuri'u 1,653 na jimillar kuri'u, shi ma Herbert Kofi Aggor taron jama'a ya samu kuri'u 1,822 na jimillar kuri'un, Samuel Korle Amegah dan takara mai zaman kansa shi ma ya samu kuri'u 6,663 na jimillar kuri'u da Iddrisu. Abdel-Kareem na Sabuwar Jam'iyyar Patriotic wanda ya samu kuri'u 18,081 daga cikin jimillar kuri'un.[7][8][9] Ya rike ta har Honarabul Emmanuel Kinsford Kwesi Teye na Sabuwar Jam’iyyar Patriotic Party ya karbi ragamar mulki a shekarar 2000 sakamakon muguwar rigima a tsakanin ‘ya’yan jam’iyyar National Democratic Congress a mazabar. Hon. Alfred Kwame Agbesi ya koma NDC a zaben 2004.[10]
