cassava cake ne na gargajiya na Filipino da aka yi da cassava, madarar kwakwa, da madara mai laushi tare da layin Cutar a saman. Abincin da ya shahara sosai a Philippines, inda ake yawan cinye shi don merienda. Ana kuma ba da shi a lokacin tarurruka da lokatai na musamman.

Cassava na ɗaya daga cikin amfanin gona da aka shigo da su daga Latin Amurka ta hanyar Manila galleons daga akalla karni na 16. [1] Cassava cake wani nau'in bibingka ne (keke na gargajiya), wanda ya samo asali ne daga karɓar girke-girke na asali amma ta amfani da cassava maimakon galapong na gargajiya (shinkafa mai laushi). Har ila yau, an san shi da wuya a matsayin cassava bibingka ko bibingkang kaatuang casso, kodayake ana amfani da sunan Ingilishi mafi yawa.[2] A Quezon, cake cassava an fi sani da budin.[3]
