Koottu
Koottu (Tamil), sau dayawa ana rubutashi "kootu", dafa abincine na lentil da kayan lambu a Kudancin Indiya, musamman abincin Tamil da Kerala.[1] Maganar koottu ta samo asali ne daga kalmar Lens" data-linkid="38" href="./Tamil_language" id="mwFA" rel="mw:WikiLink" title="Tamil language">Tamil "koottu" wanda ke nufin "ƙara" ko "haɗewa / gauraya" watau kayan lambu da aka kara tare da lentils sun samar da tasa, wanda yake da kusan ƙarfi a daidaito. Ansan abincin ne saboda dandano mai rikitarwa da kuma nau'ikansa, mai yiwuwa saboda ƙarin lentils da kuma kwakwa. Yawanci bashi da ruwa fiye da sambhar, amma yafi bushewa. Duk koottus ta tsoho suna da wasu kayan lambu da lentils, amma akwai bambance-bambance dayawa na koottu:
- Poricha Koottu: Koottu da akayi da urad dhal da albasa ana kiranta poricha (ma'anar "ya'ya" acikin Tamil) koottu . Ana dafashi da, albasa, 'yan jan chilies, wasu kumin da sabo na kwakwa tare. - Araichivita Koottu: Koottu wanda ke da masala mai laushi (sabon ƙasa) a ciki; kalmar araichivita acikin Tamil a zahiri tana fassara zuwa "wanda aka niƙa kuma aka zuba. " Ginin ƙasa cakuda ne na soya urid dhal, tsaba na cumin da kwakwa.
