Ƙungiyar Ma'aikatan Shuka da Aikin Noma ta Kenya (KPAWU) ƙungiyar 'yan kasuwa ce wacce ke wakiltar ma'aikatan aikin gona 200,000 (ƙimar 2005[1] a cikin Kenya, gami da shayi, kofi, da ma'aikatan fure. Wani bangare ne na Kungiyar Kwadago ta Tsakiya (Kenya). An kafa KPAWU a cikin 1963 lokacin da ƙungiyoyi da yawa suka haɗu.[2] Babban ofishinsa yana cikin Nakuru, cibiyar yanki.[3] KPAWU yana da alaƙa da Ƙungiyar Ƙungiyoyin Kasuwanci ta Tsakiya.[4]

Ayyukan siyasa

KPAWU tana aiki da batutuwan aiki da yawa. Wasu daga cikin ayyukanta sun mayar da hankali ne kan kawar da aikin yara a fannin aikin gona na Kenya.Inda masu mallakar shuka ke neman takardar shedar kasuwanci ta gaskiya don amfanin amfanin su, [5] KPAWU tana taka rawa wajen aiwatar da ƙa'idodin ƙwadago na duniya waɗanda ake buƙata ƙarƙashin ƙa'idodin Kasuwancin Gaskiya.[6] KPAWU na adawa da kanikancin samar da shuka bisa dalilin cewa shigar da injuna barazana ce ga ayyuka. Misali, a cikin 2006 ta yi barazanar daukar matakin yajin aiki a kan mai shuka wanda ya nemi bullo da injinan shan shayi.[7] KPAWU ya keta 'yancin haɗin gwiwa. Ta kai karar wata kungiyar kwadago da ke son kawo karshen mulkin da KPAWU ke da shi a bangaren noman fulawa. [8]
