Manuel Muhi Manuel “Bong” M. Muhi (an haife shi a watan Disamba 22, 1966) injiniyan farar hula ne kuma malami ɗan ƙasar Philippines wanda shi ne shugaban ƙasa na Jami’ar Polytechnic ta Philippines.[1][2] Hukumar Jami'ar Regents ta nada shi daidai da tanade-tanaden Dokar Jumhuriyar 8292, in ba haka ba da aka sani da Dokar Zamanta ta Ilimi ta 1997.
