Nicholas Timothy Clerk (an haifeshi ranar 3 ga Maris 1862 - 22 Satumba 2012) malami ne ɗan kasar Ghana, shugaba kuma ministan Presbyterian wanda ya yi aiki a matsayin Rector na Cibiyar Gudanarwa da Gudanar da Jama'a ta Ghana (GIMPA) daga 1977 zuwa 1982. Ya kuma kasance mataimakin shugaban hukumar kula da ayyukan jama'a ta Ghana.Magatakarda ya jagoranci Hukumar Kula da Ayyukan Jama'a ta Uganda daga 1989 zuwa 1990.A farkon aikinsa, ya koyar da harshen Turanci da adabi a almater, Presbyterian Boys Secondary School, Odumase-Krobo, Kwalejin Horar da Gwamnati da ke Peki da Tamale da Sashen Fasaha na Zamani a Jami’ar Kimiyya da Fasaha ta Kwame Nkrumah.
