Nicholas Timothy Clerk (an haifeshi ranar 3 ga Maris 1862 - 22 Satumba 2012) malami ne ɗan kasar Ghana, shugaba kuma ministan Presbyterian wanda ya yi aiki a matsayin Rector na Cibiyar Gudanarwa da Gudanar da Jama'a ta Ghana (GIMPA) daga 1977 zuwa 1982.
