Ntlhoi Motsamai (an haife ta a shekara ta 1963) 'yar siyasar Lesotho ce wacce ta yi aiki a matsayin mace ta farko da ta zamo Kakakin Majalisar Dokoki daga 1999 zuwa 2012. An sake zabar ta a watan Maris 2015 zuwa Yuni 2017. Motsamai ta yi aiki a matsayin malami kafin ya shiga siyasa.

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]An haifi Motsamai a ƙauyen Ha Pafoli, a yankin Gundumar Hoek ta Mohale . Ta halarci makarantar sakandare ta Eagle's Peak sannan ta ci gaba da karatu a Jami'ar Kasa ta Lesotho, ta kammala karatu tare da digiri na farko na Kimiyya a Ilimi (B.Sc.Ed.) kuma ta fi dacewa da ilmin halittu da ilmin sunadarai. Bayan kammala karatunta, Motsamai ta fara koyarwa a makarantar sakandare ta St. John a Mafeteng . Daga baya ta koma Jami'ar Kasa don kammala digiri na Masta a Koyarwa (M.Ed.), a yayin da kuma take aiki a ofishin Dean.
Siyasa

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Motsamai ta shiga siyasa a shekarar 1996, lokacin da aka zabe ta matsayin kakakin majalisar dokoki. Tsarin mulki na Lesotho bai iyakanta kakaki ko mataimakin kakaki ga 'yan majalisa ba kadai, kawai yana buƙatar cewa ba za a iya zabar ministoci a waɗannan mukamai ba.[1] Motsamai ta yi nasarar samun matsayin kakaki a shekarar 1999, bayan mutuwar John Teboho Kolane . Ta zama mace ta farko da ta zama kakakin majalisa, kuma an yi imanin cewa ita ce mafi ƙanƙantan shekaru a Afirka. Lokacin da ta hau mulki, Majalisar Dokoki ta Kasa tana da 'yan majalisa mata uku kawai.[2]
A shekara ta 2005, an zabi Motsamai a matsayin Bereng Sekhonyana don wakiltar Lesotho a taron sake fasalin majalisar dokokin SADC a Botswana. Justin Lekhanya (shugaban jam'iyyar Basotho National Party) ya ki amincewa da wannan shawarar, kuma daga baya ya shirya jerin zanga-zanga a cikin gidan Majalisar Dokoki. Kwamitin gata na majalisa daga baya ta gano cewa Lekhanya da wasu mambobi hudu na BNP sun yi barazana da tsoratar da Motsamai, kuma sun ba da shawarar cewa a dakatar da su daga majalisa ba tare da biyan su ba har zuwa watanni biyar. An kashe Sekhonyana kwana biyu bayan an ba da wannan binciken.[3]
2012-ya zuwa yanzu
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]A watan Fabrairun 2012, Firayim Minista Pakalitha Mosisili ta bar jam'iyyar Lesotho Congress for Democracy (LCD) don kafa sabuwar jam'iyya, ta Democrat. Sauran mambobi 44 na majalisa sun haɗe gwiwa da ita. Lokacin da majalisa ta dawo, Motsamai (wanda ya shiga sabuwar jam'iyyar) ya nemi 'yan majalisa su tsaya a cikin kujerun don nuna goyon baya ga gwamnatin Mosisili, kuma daga baya ya yanke hukuncin cewa har yanzu yana da iko da majalisa kuma zai iya ci gaba da mulki.[4] Hukuncin ta ya zamo mai kawo rigima, saboda dokar zabe ta Lesotho ta hana mambobin da aka zaba a Jerin jam'iyyun daga sauya jam'iyyu a tsakiyar wa'adi.[5] Thabang Kholumo, mataimakin shugaban jam'iyyar Popular Front for Democracy, ta ce hukuncin Motsamai bai dace da kundin tsarin mulki ba, saboda ta kwace karfin ikon Sarki Letsie III wajen zabar Firayim Minista, yayin da Tom Thabane, shugaban All Basotho Convention, ya yi kira da a kama Motsamai da Mosisili saboda cin amana.[6]
