Okechukwu Ikejiani dan Najeriya ne kuma kwararren likita ne kafin daga baya ya shiga harkar siyasa a lokacin Jamhuriya ta Farko a Najeriya. An nada shi Shugaban Kamfanin Jiragen Ruwa a shekarar 1960. An haife shi ga dangin canon daga Awka Division, Ikejiani ya yi karatu a Dennis Memorial College, Onitsha.
