Ros bratel abinci ne na al'adun gargajiya na Yahudawan Aljeriya wanda ake yi da sabon wake na fava, man zaitun, da kayan yaji kamar coriander.[1][2][3] An haɗa shi da couscous, kuma ana yawan yinsa a hidimar ranar Shabbat, kuma a yau ya shahara a tsakanin al'ummar Yahudawa na Isra'ila da Faransa.[1] [2]

Ros bratel ya samo asali ne shekaru dubu da dama da suka gabata a tsakanin mambobin al'ummar Yahudawan Aljeriya waɗanda suka zauna a Constantine, Aljeriya har zuwa lokacin da aka kore su a cikin shekarar 1960s. [1] [2]
