Shinkafar da aka ƙera ita ce salon, dafa shinkafa ta ƙasar Ghana. An san shi da angwa moo a yaren Akan, a zahiri “shinkafar mai” ko omɔ kɛ fɔ (omor ker for) a cikin harshen Ga.[1] An shirya shi da 'yan sinadaran.[2][3] kuma galibi ana daidaita shi da wasu kayan lambu da duk wani abin rakiya don daidaita abincin.[1][4] Ana ba da shinkafar da aka ƙera da barkono ko shito, kuma ana amfani da ita da soyayyen kwai, omelette ko sardine.
