Susan Basemera ta kasancec mawaƙiya kuma ‘yar wasan kwaikwayo a kasar Uganda.

Asali daga Yuganda, Basemera ta fara waka ne a kungiyar mawakan makaranta tun tana shekara takwas. An san ta da suna Zani Lady C a cikin ƙasarta, ta kama babban hutu a shekara ta alif ɗari tara da casain da biyar 1995A.c, lokacin da ta shiga ƙungiyar Waka Waka kuma ta fito da waƙar "Yimilila awo". Ta shahara ga wakar "Ndoowa", wacce ta yi fice a shekarar 1997 kuma har yanzu tana da fice. A shekarar 2012, Basemera ta koma Amurka don ci gaba da aikinta. Koda yake ba da hankali ba game da wasan kwaikwayo, amma ta saki waƙar "Goolo Goolo" a cikin 2015.[1]

A shekarar 2016, Basemera ta fito a cikin gajeren fim din Gubagudeko tare da Mahershala Ali. Ta yi fice a matsayin jarumi a cikin Shin Kuna Iya Asiri . A shekarar 2020, Basemera ta kasance tauraruwa kamar Yuliana a cikin shirin Apple TV + na Little America, wanda ke dauke da labaran bakin haure zuwa Amurka. Ta sami sashin ne bayan wani darakta ya aika da fighter kuma ta yi imel da lambobin da ke kan jirgin, wanda ya burge ma'aikatan a yayin wasan. A cikin wani yanayi, tana nuna al'adun ta ta hanyar saka gomesi.[2][3] A cewar Basemera, masana'antar fina-finai ta Uganda ta kasance a bayan masana'antar fim ta Amurka ta fuskar samarwa, kayan aiki, haruffa, da kuma rarrabawa. Basemera ta ce "Lokacin da Masana'antu suka samu isassun kudade tare da gogaggun masu ruwa da tsaki to zai iya zuwa wurare."[1]
