Tashar Wutar Lantarki ta Kashimbilla, kuma tashar wutar lantarki ce ta Kashimbilla mai amfani da wutar lantarki ta 40 MW a fadin Kogin Katsina-Ala a Najeriya. Da farko an yi niyya zama shigarwa ta 18 megawatt, an sake tsara madatsar ruwa da tashar wutar lantarki zuwa tashar wutar lantarki ta 40 MW kuma saba madatsar ya sauya daga 200Mm3 zuwa 500Mm3. Ana makamashi makamashi da aka samar a nan a cikin Jihar Taraba, yana yin wajen saduwa da a cikin kashi 80 cikin 100 na gidaje da, tun daga aikin 2020. [1][2]

Kashimbila yana da tazarar kilomita 143 (89 mi) kudu da Garin Wukari, babban gari mafi kusa. Wannan yana da tazarar kilomita 354 (220 mi) kudu maso yamma da Jalingo, babban birnin jihar Taraba. Matsakaicin yanki na tashar wutar lantarki ta Kashimbila sune: 06°52'27.0"N, 9°45'43.0"E (Latitude:6.874167; Longitude:9.761944).

Burin farko dai shi ne a shawo kan matsalar ambaliyar ruwa da ta shafi mutane kimanin miliyan shida a jihohin Taraba, Benue, Cross River, Kogi da Delta. Burin na biyu shi ne samar da ruwan sha ga al’ummomin da ke makwabtaka da su, wadanda aka kiyasta yawansu ya kai 400,000. Buri na uku shi ne samar da tsaftataccen wutar lantarki domin amfani, musamman a jihar Taraba. Buri na huɗu shine samar da ruwa don ban ruwa zuwa kimanin hekta 3,000 (sq mi). [4]
Ana fitar da makamashin da ake samu a wannan tashar wutar lantarki ta hanyar layukan isar da wutar lantarki mai karfin 33kV da 132kV zuwa wuraren da aka hada wutar lantarki a cikin wutar lantarkin Najeriya. An gina sabbin layukan wutar lantarki da na'urori masu alaƙa, a matsayin wani ɓangare na wannan aikin haɓakawa.[4]
