Vanguard jarida ce ta yau da kullun da kamfanin Vanguard Media ke bugawa, mai hedkwata a Lagos, Nigeria. An kafa kamfanin dillancin labarai na Vanguard a shekarar 1984 ta hannun tsohon ɗan jarida Sam Amuka-Pemu tare da abokai uku.[1] Jaridar tana watsa shirye-shirye ta yanar gizo.[2] Gidan Jaridar na ɗaya daga cikin ‘yan jaridun da ake ganin ba su da ‘yancin kai daga harkokin siyasa, sauran su ne This Day, The Punch, The Sun da kuma The Guardian.[3]

Jaridar Vanguard ta kai ɗan jaridar gaban kotu, inda ta ce yana yunkurin karbar kuɗi.[5] A watan Disambar 2009, wani mai fafutukar neman zaman lafiya a yankin Neja Delta ya yaba wa jaridar Vanguard bisa rahotannin da ta bayar kan ƙudirin gwamnati, wanda a cewarsa ya taimaka wajen shawo kan tsagerun su amince da yi musu afuwa.[6]
