Digiri na biyu a fannin shari'a shine a fannin Shari'ar Jama'a ta Duniya daga Kwalejin Sarki, Jami'ar London kuma tana da MBA a fannin Kuɗi daga Kwaleji ta Imperial, London.[6] Tana da digiri na biyu daga Jami'ar SOAS ta London .

Aisha Muhammed-Oyebode tana gudanar da aikin matasa na ƙasa a Ma'aikatar Harkokin Waje a Legas tsakanin shekara ta (1988) da kuma shekarar (1989).[7] Ta fara aikinta a kamfanin Ajumogobia, Okeke, Oyebode & Aluko a Legas a shekarar (1989). A shekara ta (1991), ta kafa Asset Management Group Limited, kamfanin ci gaban ƙasa.[1][7]

Aisha Muhammed-Oyebode ta yi aiki a cikin kwamitin ƙungiyoyi daban-daban, gami da aiki a matsayin Shugaban Kwamitin Amintattun Ƙungiyar Tsoffin Ɗalibai ta Unity School .
