Ali Mahamane Lamine Zeine ɗan siyasar Nijar ne kuma masanin tattalin arziƙi. Ya kasance Ministan Tattalin Arziƙi da Kuɗi na Nijar daga Nuwamba 2002 zuwa Fabrairu 2010.[1]

Bayan ya zama Daraktan Majalisar Ministocin Shugaba Mamadou Tandja,[2] An naɗa Zeine a matsayin Ministan Tattalin Arziƙi da Kuɗi a ranar 24 ga Oktoba 2003.[3]

Bayan da editan jaridar Boussada Ben Ali ya yi zargin cewa Zeine ya saci kuɗi da ke cikin yarjejeniyar mai tsakanin Nijar da Jamhuriyar Jama'ar Sin, an kama Ben Ali a ranar 23 ga watan Janairun 2009 tare da yanke masa hukuncin ɗaurin watanni uku a gidan yari saboda yaɗa labaran ƙarya a ranar 6 ga watan Janairu. Fabrairu 2009.[4]

An hamɓarar da Tandja a juyin mulkin da sojoji suka yi a ranar 18 ga Fabrairun 2010 kuma aka rushe gwamnatinsa. A matsayinta na ɗaya daga cikin manyan muƙarraban Tandja, Zeine na ɗaya daga cikin ministoci uku da ba a gaggauta sakin su daga gidan yari ba a kwanakin bayan juyin mulkin.[5] A cewar ɗaya daga cikin jagororin mulkin soja, Kanar Djibrilla Hamidou Hima, ministocin "har yanzu suna cikin sa ido" sun kasance "masu mahimmanci" don haka ya zama dole "don tabbatar da tsaronsu". MNSD ta yi kira da a saki Zeine, Tandja, da sauran su.[6]
