Kungiyar Kyaftin Anthony Rex Arnold DSC DFC (26 Agustan 1896-25 Mayu 1954) wani jirgin sama ne na Yaƙin Duniya na ɗaya na Biritaniya wanda aka lasafta shi da nasara ta aeril guda biyar.

An haifi Arnold ga Mary Delamere Tylor da Charles Lowther Arnold a ranar 26 ga Agusta 1896,a Fareham, Hampshire, Ingila, babban jikan Gen.Benedict Arnold.

Ayyuka na farko

An tabbatar da Arnold a matsayin Flight Sub-Lieutenant, wanda ya fara daga 1 ga Agusta 1914, lokacin da aka sanya shi zuwa HMS <i id="mwHw">Pembroke</i> a ranar 5 ga Oktoba 1914. An ba shi takardar shaidar jirgin sama No.876 a ranar 28 ga watan Agusta 1914. An ɗaukaka shi zuwa Flight Lieutenant a ranar 31 ga watan Disamba na shekara ta 1914. An zabi Arnold a matsayin memba na Royal Aero Club a ranar 5 ga Oktoba 1915.

An sanya shi zuwa No.8 Naval Squadron RNAS,ya fara jan zaren nasara a ranar 8 ga Afrilu 1917,kuma ya gama da nasararsa ta biyar a ranar 13 ga Yuni 1917.Ya tashi Sopwith Triplane don duk nasara biyar.Daga nan sai aka tura shi aikin koyarwa kuma aka kara masa girma a sabuwar RAF da aka kafa. Mafi rinjayensa ya kawo masa umarni na No.79 Squadron.[1]

A ranar 26 ga Afrilu 1918 an ba Arnold lambar yabo ta Distinguished Service Cross, kuma ta sami lambar yabo ta Distributed Flying Cross a ranar 1 ga Janairun 1919.[2][3]

Bayan Yaƙin Duniya na ɗaya

Ya kasance a cikin RAF bayan yakin. A ranar 1 ga watan Janairun 1930, an kara shi daga Squadron Leader zuwa Wing Commander, kuma an kara shi zuwa Group Captain a ranar 1 ga Janairun 1936.

A cikin 1950s, yana aiki da banki. Ya rasu a Mozambique a shekara ta 1954.
