Bhelpuri shine ciki da waɗanda ke Indiya, kuma shi ne kuma ba daidai jinsin chaat. Yana da ganyen puffed rice, abinci da ganyen ruwan tamarind mai kyau, da kuma yana da rashin gajiyar launin.[1][2]

Bhel na yawan jiki ne daga 'snack' da aka fi sanar da mai tsawo da kuma matsaloli ta kasar Indiya, kamar yadda suka sanar a kwangilar Mumbai, kamar yadda Chowpatty ko Juhu ke gabatarwa.[3] Daya daga cikin hanyar da ke gabatar a matsayin bhelpuri shine ne kamar yadda ke ɗaukar duka masana'antar Gujarat, wanda suka samu farko da sauran yankuna da kuma abubuwan da kuma na farko da dama.
