Brik (/briːk/ BREEK; بريك) ko burek shine nau'in arewacin Afirka na borek, burodi na malsouka wanda aka fi soya sosai. Mafi sanannun sigar ita ce kwai, kwai gaba ɗaya a cikin aljihun burodi mai triangular tare da albasa, tuna, harissa da parsley.
