Brik (/briːk/ BREEK; بريك) ko burek shine nau'in arewacin Afirka na borek, burodi na malsouka wanda aka fi soya sosai. Mafi sanannun sigar ita ce kwai, kwai gaba ɗaya a cikin aljihun burodi mai triangular tare da albasa, tuna, harissa da parsley. Tare da siffar da ta ɗan bambanta, amma tare da sinadaran iri ɗaya da hanyar shirya, an san brik a Aljeriya da Libya da bourek (بوراك). Sau da yawa ana cika shi da kwai da ganye ko tuna, harissa da zaitun kuma wani lokacin ana ba da shi a cikin pita. Wannan kuma an san shi da boreeka .
