Dawud Shittu Noibi OBE (an haife shi ranar 9 ga watan Janairun 1934) farfesa ne mai ritaya a fannin ilimin addinin Musulunci a Jami'ar Ibadan[1][2] kuma tsohon Babban Sakatare na Al'ummar Musulmi na Kudu maso Yammacin Najeriya.[3][4] Malamin Musulunci ne.[5]

An haife shi a garin Sapele na jihar Bendel kuma ya halarci makarantar Rodicus dake Sapele a tsakanin shekara ta 1950 zuwa 1945, inda ya yi kwalejin horar da malamai ta musulmi da ke Ijebu-Ode tsakanin shekarar 1956 zuwa 1957, a Kwalejin horas da malamai ta gwamnati da ke Surulere, Legas tsakanin shekara ta 1961 zuwa 1962. Ya samu Bachelor of Arts. Digiri a cikin Nazarin Larabci daga Jami'ar Alkahira, Masar, 1969. Jagoran Kimiyyar Fasahar Ilimin Musulunci daga Jami'ar Amurka da ke Alkahira, Masar, 1972 da kuma digiri na uku a fannin ilimin addinin Musulunci daga Jami'ar Ibadan, 1984.[6] Ya halarci taron gida da waje.

Ya kasance malamin makarantar firamare tsakanin shekarar 1955 zuwa 1964 kuma mai fassara da watsa labarai, gidan rediyon Masar daga shekarar 1966 zuwa 1972. Daga nan ya zama jami’in ilimi, Jihar Arewa-maso-Gabas ta Najeriya (a yanzu Jihar Borno) tsakanin watan Janairu zuwa watan Disambar 1973 kafin ya zama malami a fannin ilimin addinin Musulunci a Jami’ar Ibadan a shekarar 1973 kuma ya yi ritaya a matsayin Farfesa a shekarar 1996.[7] A wani ɗan ƙanƙanin lokaci, ya koyar da shari'ar Musulunci a Kwalejin Muslim, London yayin da yake aiki a matsayin mai ba da shawara ga Musulunci ga IQRA Trust, London,[8] ƙungiyar Ilimin Musulunci ta Burtaniya.[9]

Ya sami lambobin yabo da yawa[11][12] ciki har da OBE, D.Sc. (Honoris Causa) na Jami'ar Crescent, FISN da FIAC.[13]
