Foumakoye Gado (an haife shi a c . shekarar 1961 [1] ) ɗan siyasan ƙasar Nijar ne wanda a yanzu haka yake matsayin Sakatare-janar na Jam’iyyar Nijar ta Demokraɗiyya da Gurguzu (PNDS-Tarayya). Ya yi aiki a gwamnatin Nijar a matsayin Ministan Ma'adinai da Makamashi daga Afrilu 1993 zuwa Oktoban shekarata 1994 kuma ya sake riƙe wannan muƙamin a karo na biyu daga Afrilun shekarata 2011 zuwa Satumba 2011. Ya yi aiki a matsayin Ministan Mai tun a watan Satumbar shekarar 2011, tare da ɗaukar nauyin makamashi har zuwa Oktoban shekarar 2016.

Gado ya karanci kimiyyar lissafi a jami’ar Yamai kuma ya sami digiri na uku; daga baya, ya kasance farfesa a wannan jami'ar. [1] Ya kasance memba na kafa PNDS-Tarayya, ƙungiyar siyasa da aka kafa a ƙarƙashin jagorancin Mahamadou Issoufou a farkon shekarun 1990s, [2] kuma ya sami suna a matsayin mai aminci na Issoufou. A PNDS Kundin Tsarin Mulki, wanda aka gudanar a ranakun 23 – 24 Disamban shekarar 1990, an ayyana shi a matsayin Mataimakin Sakatare-Janar na farko na PNDS.

An zaɓe shi ga Majalisar Dokokin Nijar a zaben watan Fabrairu na shekarar 1993 [1] [3] a matsayin dan takarar PNDS a mazabar Dosso. [4] Bayan zaben 1993, an naɗa Mahamadou Issoufou a matsayin Firayim Minista a shugabancin gwamnatin hadaka, shi kuma Gado an nada shi a gwamnatin Issoufou a matsayin Ministan Ma'adinai da Makamashi a ranar 23 ga Afrilun shekarar 1993. [5] A lokaci guda, ya kuma kasance Mataimakin Sakatare-Janar na PNDS. [6] Ya yi aiki a matsayin Ministan Ma’adinai da Makamashi har zuwa watan Oktoba na 1994, lokacin da PNDS ta fice daga kawancen masu mulki ta koma adawa. [7]

Foumakoye Gado

Gado yana cikin waɗanda aka kama biyo bayan zanga-zangar adawa a ranar 11 ga Janairun shekarar 1997. A Taro na Farko na PNDS, wanda aka gudanar a ranar 4 – 5 ga Satumba na shekara ta 2004, an zabi Gado a matsayin Babban Sakatare.

A watan Agustan shekarar 2005, Gado ya yi zargin cewa ana rarrabawa ta hanyar abinci ta hanyar da ba ta dace ba ta hanyar hukumomin mulki da na siyasa, don haka ya bukaci gwamnati da ta ɗauki mataki a kan wadanda ke da alhakin hakan. [8] An sake zabarsa a matsayin Sakatare-janar na PNDS a taron Jam’iyyar na biyar, wanda aka gudanar a ranar 18 ga Yulin 2009. [9]

Bayan Mahamadou Issoufou ya ci zaɓen shugaban ƙasa na Janairu <span typeof="mw:Entity" id="mwPQ">–</span> Maris din shekarar 2011 kuma ya fara aiki a matsayin shugaban ƙasa a ranar 7 ga Afrilu 2011, an nada Gado ga gwamnati a matsayin Ministan Ma’adanai da Makamashi a ranar 21 ga Afrilu 2011. [10] [11] Ya karɓi aikin ne daga magabacinsa, Djibouti Salamatou Gourouza Magagi, a ranar 23 ga Afrilun 2011.

Foumakoye Gado a wani taro

Shugaba Issoufou ya yiwa gwamnatin kwaskwarima a ranar 12 ga Satumbar shekarar 2011, inda ya raba kundin ma'adinai da makamashi; ya nada Omar Hamidou Tchiana a matsayin karamin Ministan Ma'adinai da Ci gaban Masana'antu, yayin da Gado a maimakonsa aka nada shi Ministan makamashi da mai. Bayan an rantsar da Issoufou a wa’adi na biyu, ya ci gaba da rike Gado a mukaminsa na Ministan Makamashi da Mai a cikin gwamnatin da aka nada a ranar 11 ga Afrilu 2016. [12] An canza kayan aikinsa a ranar 19 ga Oktoba 2016, lokacin da aka nada sabon ministan makamashi, amma Gado ya kasance Ministan Mai. [13] [14]
