Abincin Goa ya ƙunshi abinci na yanki wanda ya shahara a Goa,jihar Indiya da ke gefen yammacin Indiya a bakin Tekun Larabawa. Shinkafa,abincin teku, kwakwa, kayan lambu, nama, burodi, naman alade da kayan yaji na gida wasu daga cikin manyan sinadaran a cikin abincin Goan. Amfani da Kokum da kuma ruwan inabi wani fasalin ne na musamman.Ana ɗaukar abincin Goan ba cikakke ba tare da kifi ba.

Abincin Goa ya samo asali ne daga asalin Konkani,kuma shekaru 451 na Mulkin Portuguese da mulkin Sultanate wanda ya riga ya wuce Portuguese sun rinjaye shi.
