Jami'ar Port Elizabeth (UPE) jami'ar jama'a ce da ke Port Elizabeth a lardin Eastern Cape na Afirka ta Kudu . An kafa UPE a ranar 31 ga watan Janairun shekara ta 1964, ta hanyar dokar majalisa, kuma ta gudanar da shekarar karatun ta ta farko a shekarar 1965.
