Janet Mbugua – Ndichu (an haife ta 11 ga Janairu 1984) ƴar jarida ce ta Kenya, kuma yar wasan kwaikwayo. A matsayinta na mai bayar da labarai, an san ta yi aiki a KTN a farkon shekarar da ta fara aiki. Ta yi aiki da Citizen TV[1] na shekaru da yawa, kafin ta sanar da yin murabus daga masana'antar watsa labarai. Ta kasance babbar mai ba da labari a lokacin farko na Citizen, tare da Hussein Mohammed. Ta dauki sabon matsayi a ƙungiyar agaji ta Red Cross ta Kenya. Janet tana sha'awar fim da fasaha. A matsayinta na ƴar wasan kwaikwayo ce ta taka rawa a cikin jerin talabijin Rush.[2][3]

An haifi Janet ranar 11 ga watan Janairu, 1984, kuma ta girma a Mombasa, Kenya. Tana da ɗan'uwa tagwaye Timothy Mbugua.

Janet ta tafi makarantar sakandare ta Brookhouse sannan ta shiga Jami'ar Kasa da Kasa ta Amurka ( USIU ).

Bayan ta yi aiki na wani lokaci, ta shiga Jami'ar Fasahar kere-kere ta Limkokwing da ke Malaysia don samun digirin ta a fannin Mass Communication.

Ta yi karatun MBA a Global Business Management a Kwalejin Gudanarwa na Swiss da ke Nairobi, Kenya.

Janet Mbugua ta auri Edward Ndichu.[4].Tare suna da ƴƴa biyu maza, Ethan Huru Ndichu da aka haifa a watan Oktoba 2015 da Mali Ndichu.[5][6] A shekarar 2019, Janet ta fitar da littafinta na farko, 'My First Time', tarin gajerun labarai daga mata, 'yan mata da maza akan mu'amalarsu ta farko da haila.[7][8]
