Jikawo yanki ne a yankin Gambela , Habasha . Wani bangare na shiyyar Nuer, Jikawo yana iyaka da kudu da yankin Anuak, daga yamma kuma ya yi iyaka da kogin Alwero wanda ya raba shi da Wentawo, a arewa kuma ya yi iyaka da kogin Baro wanda ya raba shi da Sudan ta Kudu, daga gabas kuma ya yi iyaka da Lare . . Garuruwan da ke cikin Jikawo sun hada da Nginngang da Telut .

Filin da ke Jikawo ya kunshi dazuzzuka da ciyayi; Tsayin ya tashi daga mita 420 zuwa 430 sama da matakin teku. A cewar Atlas na tattalin arzikin karkara na Habasha wanda Cibiyar Kididdiga ta Tsakiya (CSA) ta buga, kusan kashi 10% na yankin daji ne. Babban abin lura a Jikawo shi ne gandun dajin Gambela, wanda ya mamaye wani yanki kudu da Baro a gabashin gundumar, wanda ya kai kusan kashi uku na yankinsa.

Bisa ga ƙidayar jama'a a shekara ta 1994, an ba da rahoton cewa yawan jama'ar gundumar ya kai 42,925 a cikin gidaje 7,746, daga cikinsu 22,260 maza ne, mata 20,665; 769 ko 1.79% na yawan jama'a mazauna birane ne.
