Ketakandriana Rafitoson masaniyar fannin kimiyar siyasar Malagasy ce kuma mai fafutukar kare hakkin ɗan adam. Tana aiki a matsayin babban darektar kungiyar Transparency International's Initiative Madagascar kuma memba ce a cibiyar sadarwar matasa ta Afirka.
