Kwamena Minta Nyarku (an Haife shi 7 Disamba 1974) ɗan ilimi ne kuma ɗan siyasa ɗan Ghana wanda memba ne na National Democratic Congress (NDC).[1][2][3] Shi ne dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Cape Coast North a yankin tsakiyar Ghana.
Rayuwar farko da ilimi
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]An haifi Nyarku a ranar 7 ga Disamba 1974. Ya fito daga Apewosika, Cape Coast a yankin tsakiyar Ghana.[4] Ya kammala GCE Talakawa matakin da GCE Advanced level certificate in Business a 1992 da 1996 bi da bi a Adisadel College, Cape Coast. Daga nan ya wuce Kwalejin Horar da Komenda inda ya kammala da takardar shaidar malanta A (3 year Post Sec Teacher Cert A) a shekarar 1995.[5][6] A 2000, ya kammala digiri na farko a fannin ilimi tare da ba da fifiko kan Ilimin Kasuwanci a Jami'ar Cape Coast.[4][7] Ya tafi Jami'ar Ghana Business School, inda ya kammala karatunsa na Master of Business Administration (MBA) a fannin kasuwanci a shekarar 2003. Ya kuma kammala karatunsa a Jami'ar Leicester, inda ya kammala karatunsa na digirin digirgir (PhD) a fannin kasuwanci. a cikin 2019 da Cibiyar Tallace-tallace ta Chartered a Burtaniya.[5]

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Nyarku ya tsaya takarar zaben fidda gwani na jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress gabanin zaben 2020.[7][10] Ya samu nasarar zama dan majalisar wakilai na wakilcin jam’iyyar National Democratic Congress na mazabar a watan Agustan shekarar 2019 bayan da ya tashi ba tare da hamayya ba saboda rashin cancantar ‘yan takararsa biyu.[11][12]
A ranar 16 ga Yuli, 2020, gabanin zabe yayin da ake hada sabuwar rajistar masu kada kuri’a, an hana shi rike katin zabe saboda ikirarin yin rajista a wata unguwa da ke yankin Cape Coast, Nkanfoa, inda bai kasance mazauninsa ba saboda adadin shekaru kamar yadda dokokin rajista suka buƙata.[13][14][15] Wani wakilin jam’iyyar adawa ta New Patriotic Party (NPP) ya kalubalanci cancantarsa kuma ya mika shi ga kwamitin duba rijistar gundumomi.[13][16] Kwamitin Bita na Rijistar Gundumar ya amince da ƙalubalen kuma a watan Agusta 2020, ya shigar da ƙara a kan hukuncin da babbar kotun Cape Coast ta yi watsi da shi.[14][16][17] A ranar 22 ga Satumba, 2020, bisa la’akari da batutuwan da lauyansa Godwin Kudzo Tameklo, wata babbar kotun birnin Accra, ya gabatar, tare da alkalin kotun mai shari’a Stephen Oppong, ya fitar da wata takarda na mandamus ya tilastawa hukumar zabe ta yi masa rajista tun da babu wata kotun da ke da hurumi da ta hana shi shiga yin rijista.[14][16][17][18]
A ranar 1 ga Oktoba, 2020, an yi masa rajista bisa ga hukuncin babbar kotun Accra.[19][20] Bayar da sabon katin shaidar ya haifar da wani kalubalen sabuwar jam’iyyar Patriotic Party wanda a wannan karon kwamitin duba rijistar gundumomi ya soke shi da kuri’u 5:2 da ya ba shi damar gabatar da takararsa a zaben ‘yan majalisar dokoki.[19][20]
A Zaben 2020, Nyarku ya doke 'yar majalisa mai ci Barbara Asher Ayisi ta New Patriotic Party,[21] wacce ta ninka matsayin mataimakiyar ministar ayyuka da gidaje kuma ta kasance tsohuwar mataimakiyar ministar ilimi.[22][23] Ya samu kuri'u 22,972 a yayin da ta ke da kuri'u 21,643 wanda ke wakiltar kashi 51.49% da kashi 48.51% a matsayin wanda ya lashe zaben kuma zababben 'yar majalisa.[24]

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]An rantsar da Nyarku a matsayin dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Cape Coast North a majalisar wakilai ta 8 na jamhuriya ta 4 ta Ghana a ranar 7 ga Janairu 2021.[4] Yana aiki a matsayin mamba a Kwamitin Dabarun Rage Talauci da Kwamitin Matasa, Wasanni da Al'adu na Majalisar.[4]
