Majalisar 'Yancin ɗan adam ta Kasa (NCHR). Kungiya ce ta kare hakkin dan adam ta kasar Masar da aka kafa a shekarar 2003 tare da manufar ingantawa da kiyaye' 'Yancin ɗan adam a Masar.[1] NCHR tana buga rahotanni na shekara-shekara game da matsayin haƙƙin ɗan adam a cikin ƙasar.[2] Tsohon Sakatare Janar na Majalisar Dinkin Duniya Boutros Boutros-Ghali ya taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen kirkirar kungiyar, kuma ya yi aiki a matsayin shugabanta har zuwa shekarar 2012.[3] A cikin shekarar dubu biyu da sha biyu 2012, a lokacin taƙaitaccen mulkin shekara guda na Muslim Brotherhood Hossam El Gheriany . A yayin da NCHR take gudanar da ayyukanta da gashin kan ta, Cibiyar Nazarin Hakkokin Dan Adam ta Cairo, ta nuna kokwantonta dangane da hadin gwiwar NCHR da Majalisar Shura da kuma rawar da gwamnati ke takawa wajen zaben mambobin kungiyar.[4] A shekara ta 2009, Rahoton Kungiyar Kare Hakkin Dan Adam a Masar, Sashin Kasar Amurka ta bayyana NCHR a matsayin 'wani bangare na shawarwari ga Majalisar Shura' amma ta amince da rahoton NCHR na 2008/2009 cewa tauye hakkin danAdam daga gwamnatin Masar, kamar sanya takunkumi na gaggawa, cin zarafin wadanda aka kulle, dokokin shawo kan ta'addanci marasa tasiri, da kuma takunkumi ga wasu jam'iyyu da Kungiyoyi masu zaman kan su (NGOs).[5]

A cikin shekara ta 2007, kungiyar ta zargi gwamnatin Masar da magudi a yayin zabe na kasar, tare da kungiyoyin adawa suna kira ga 'yan kasa da suyi kauracewa zaben. Kungiyar NCHR ta fitar da rahoton cewa gwamnatin kasar ta tilasta wa ma'aikata yin zabe kuma ta iyakance hanyoyin isa ga wuraren zabe ga masu lura. Gwamnatin Masar ta fitar da rahoton cewa kaso 75.9% sun zabi yin gyara ga kundin tsarin mulki na kasar, duk da cewa kawai kaso 27% na masu zabe ne suka kada kuri'unsu.[6]

A cikin shekara ta 2008, NCHR ta yi bincike akan abun da ya faru a Wurin Bauta na Saint Fana kuma ta bayyana rahoton da ya mayar da hankali akan bunkasar cin zarafi na bangaranci a kasar Masar.[7]
