Mbeli Bai ita ce hekta 13 mai dausayi a Filin shakatawa na Nouabalé-Ndoki da ke Jamhuriyar ƙasar Kongo tare da matakan hargitsi, inda ake ganin "bais" irin wannan na ba da fa'idodi mai gina jiki ga nau'ikan da yawa.

Tun daga ƙarshen shekarar 1990s kungiyar kiyaye namun daji ta yi aiki a arewacin Jamhuriyar Kongo kuma a cikin shekarata 1993 tare da Ma'aikatar Tattalin Arziki da Muhalli sun kirkiro Filin shakatawa na Nukabale-Ndoki (4,200 km²).
