Nana Adjoa Adobea Asante ta kasance a shekarar 2020 mukaddashin darakta na Hukumar Kula da Labaran Kasa kuma daya daga cikin shugabannin hukumomin gwamnati mafi ƙanƙanta a Ghana.[1][2][3]

Asante ta yi karatun shari'a a Jami'ar Kimiyya da Fasaha ta Kwame Nkrumah kuma ta ci gaba da samun digiri na lauya a Makarantar Shari'a ta Ghana . Tana da takaddun shaida a cikin warware rikice-rikice mai ɗorewa da kuma yaki da cin hanci da rashawa na kasa da kasa daga Jami'ar Milan . [4] A halin yanzu tana neman digiri na biyu a fannin Jima'i, Zaman Lafiya da Tsaro a Cibiyar Kula da Zaman Lafiya ta Kofi Annan, Accra .

Asante lauya ce, [5] tare da ƙwarewa a fannonin Shari'ar kasuwanci, shugabancin kamfanoni da dukiyar ilimi. Ita ce Daraktan Kafa na The Social Bridge, wata kungiya mai zaman kanta wacce ke neman karfafa mata da yara da ke zaune a kan tituna ta hanyar ilimi da kuma ayyukan inganta rayuwarsu.

Asante ta yi aiki tare da kamfanonin shari'a a Ghana da kasashen waje ciki har da Scarlet Macaw Legal Practitioners, JLD & MB Legal Consultancy, da kuma turawa zuwa Fresh Fields Bruckhaus Derringer da NCTM Milan.[4]

A cikin 2017, ta kasance ɗaya daga cikin lauyoyi mata biyu da Ƙungiyar Kamfanonin Shari'a a Italiya ta zaɓa don shiga cikin shirin ci gaban ƙwararru na watanni shida, inda ta ɗauki darussan a cikin Magani mai dorewa da Ci gaba mai dorewa & Cin Hanci da Rashawa ta Duniya.

Asante ta kuma wakilci Ghana a taron WIPO Intergovernmental kan ilimin gargajiya da al'adun gargajiya (al'adun gargajiya). A karkashin jagorancinta, Hukumar Kula da Labaran Kasa (NFB) ta taimaka wajen ingantawa da kare al'adun Ghana.[6] A cikin 2019, a karo na farko, Ghana ta yi bikin Ranar Al'adun Duniya, ta yi bikin tare da shirin kwana uku. A matsayin wani ɓangare na shirin gabatar da al'adun Ghana ga matasa, NFB ta kuma ƙaddamar da kungiyoyin al'adun ta a cikin 2019. [7]
