Papias Malimba Musafiri, malami ne ɗan kasar Rwanda, mai bincike kuma ɗan siyasa, wanda ya riƙe muƙamin ministan ilimi a majalisar ministocin ƙasar Rwanda, tun daga ranar 25 ga watan Yunin 2015, inda ya maye gurɓin Farfesa Silas Lwakabamba.[1][2]

Tarihi da ilimi

Ya yi digirin digirgir na kasuwanci, wanda ya samu a jami'ar Dar es Salaam. Har ila yau, yana da (Master of business administration) tare da digiri a fannin Kuɗi da Fasahar Sadarwa, wanda ya samu daga Cibiyar Fasaha ta Indiya Roorkee.[3] Yana Dakta na Falsafa a cikin gudanarwa ya sami lambar yabo ta Cibiyar Fasaha ta Vellore, ita ma a Indiya.[1][2][4]

A cikin shekara ta 2001, Musafiri ya yi aiki a wurare daban-daban a fannin ilimi, bincike da kuma matsayin mai ba da shawara. Kafin kafa Jami'ar Ruwanda (UR) a cikin shekarar 2013, ya riƙe manyan muƙamai na gudanarwa a cibiyoyi da yawa waɗanda a yau suka ƙunshi UR. Ya yi aiki a matsayin (a) Daraktan Gudanarwa da Albarkatun Jama'a (b) Dean, Faculty of Management (c) Mataimakin Shugaban Jami'an Ilimi da (d) Shugaban riƙo, a tsoffin manyan makarantu. Nan da nan kafin a naɗa shi a matsayin ministan ilimi, ya kasance shugaban Kwalejin Kasuwanci da Tattalin Arziki (CBE) na Jami'ar Ruwanda.[1][2]

A cikin sake fasalin majalisar ministoci na ranar 5 ga watan Oktoba 2016,[5] da na 31 ga watan Agusta 2017, an ci gaba da rike shi a majalisar ministoci kuma ya ci gaba da riƙe muƙamin ilimi.[6] A matsayinsa na ministan ilimi, ya sanar da dakatar da korar malaman Uganda daga Rwanda, bayan karewar kwangilolin koyarwa.[7]
