Ros omelette, wanda aka fi sani da Ras omelette, [1] abinci ne da abinci na titi a cikin Abincin Goan na Indiya. Ros na nufin "gravy" a cikin Konkani. Yana da ɗanɗano mai ɗanɗano na kaza ko Chickpeas, wanda sau da yawa yayi kama da Shacuti wanda aka saba gani a cikin salon dafa abinci na Katolika na Goan.
