Seriki Williams Abass (haihuwa Ifaremilekun Fagbemi) wani sanannan bawa ne, kuma dan kasuwa daya rayu a karni na 19th Har saida ya zama shugaban garin Badagry.[1] Daga lokacin da'aka rantsar dashi ya zama Oba Seriki Williams Abass.
