Tlepolemus shi ne sarkin Masar a zamanin Ptolemaic a ƙarƙashin mulkin yaro-sarki Ptolemy V. Ya yi fice a taƙaice a ƙarshen karni na 3 BC; Ba a san kwanakin haihuwarsa da mutuwarsa ba.
