Usman Ibrahim (Urdu: عثمان ابراہیم‎; an haife shi 1 Satumba 1939) ɗan siyasan Pakistan ne wanda ya kasance memba a Majalisar Dokokin Pakistan daga Agusta 2018 zuwa Agusta 2023. A baya, ya kasance memba na Majalisar Dokoki ta ƙasa daga Maris 2008 zuwa Mayu 2018.

Ya yi aiki a matsayin Ministan Tsaro na Tarayya, a cikin majalisar ministocin Abbasi a watan Mayu 2018. A baya, ya yi aiki a matsayin Ministan Jiha na Gidaje da Ayyuka daga Yuni 2013 zuwa Janairu 2014, a matsayin Minista na Jiha na Gudanarwa da Ci gaba daga Janairu 2014 zuwa Nuwamba 2015, a matsayin Ministaran Jiha na Shari'a da Adalci daga Agusta 2017 zuwa Oktoba 2017, kuma a matsayin Ministe na Jiha don 'Yancin Dan Adam daga Oktoba 2017 zuwa Mayu 2018.

An haife shi a ranar 1 ga Satumba 1939.[1]

Ya kammala karatunsa daga Jami'ar Kwalejin Gwamnati da ke Lahore kafin ya kammala karatun shari'a daga Kwalejin Shari'a ta Jami'ar Punjab da ke Lahor. Ya yi aiki a matsayin lauya daga Lincoln's Inn . [2]

Ya kasance memba na Majalisar lardin Punjab daga 1985 zuwa 1999, kuma ya rike mukamin Ministan Ilimi na Punjab daga 1990 zuwa 1993.

Ya yi takara don kujerar Majalisar Dokokin Pakistan a matsayin dan takarar Pakistan Muslim League (N) (PML-N) daga Mazabar NA-95 (Gujranwala-I) a Babban zaben Pakistan na 2002, amma bai yi nasara ba kuma ya rasa kujerar ga dan takarar Jam'iyyar Pakistan. [3]

A watan Yunin 2013, an nada shi a matsayin Ministan Jiha na Gidaje da Ayyuka a cikin majalisar ministocin Nawaz Sharif . [8]

An sanya Ibrahim a matsayin ministan jihar na Babban Birnin da Sashen Ci Gaban kuma Tariq Fazal Chaudhry ya maye gurbinsa a watan Nuwamba 2015 saboda dalilin da ya sa gwamnati ba ta gamsu da aikin Ibrahim ba. Ya ci gaba da aiki a matsayin ministan jihar ba tare da fayil ba. Ya daina rike mukamin minista a watan Yulin 2017 lokacin da aka rushe majalisar ministocin tarayya biyo bayan murabus din Firayim Minista Nawaz Sharif bayan hukuncin shari'ar Panama Papers.

Bayan zaben Shahid Khaqan Abbasi a matsayin Firayim Minista na Pakistan a watan Agustan 2017, an shigar da shi cikin majalisar tarayya ta Abbasi . An sanya shi ministan jihar na shari'a da adalci. A watan Oktoba na shekara ta 2017, an sanya shi Ministan Jiha na 'Yancin Dan Adam.

A ranar 3 ga Mayu 2018, an ɗaga shi a matsayin ministan tarayya kuma an nada shi a matsayin Ministan Tsaro na Tarayya a cikin majalisar ministocin tarayya na Firayim Minista Shahid Khaqan Abbasi . Bayan rushewar Majalisar Dokoki ta Kasa a ƙarshen wa'adin ta a ranar 31 ga Mayu 2018, Ibrahim ya daina rike mukamin a matsayin Ministan Tsaro na Tarayya.[9]
