Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Abdul Rahman bin Dahlan (Jawi: عبدالرحمن بن دحلان; born 24 November 1965) is a Malaysian politician. He is the former Minister in the Prime Minister's Department and the Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government. He is also the former Member of Parliament (MP) of Malaysia for the Kota Belud constituency in Sabah, representing the United Malay National Organisation (UMNO) party, a component of Barisan Nasional (BN).[1]

A ranar 28 ga Yuni 2016, an nada shi ya zama Minista a Sashen Firayim Minista wanda ke kula da Sashin Shirye-shiryen Tattalin Arziki. Shi ne Sabahan na farko da ya rike matsayin EPU.
A cikin 2018, an yarda da shi sosai a matsayin mutumin da Firayim Minista ya ba shi don tabbatar da saka hannun jari na Saudi Aramco na dala biliyan 7 a Malaysia.
A cikin babban zaben 2018, Abdul Rahman ya sauya don yin takarar kujerar majalisa ta Sepanggar amma ya sha kashi a hannun Azis Jamman na Jam'iyyar Sabah Heritage Party (WARISAN).[2]

A ƙarshe, umarnin da ya ba shi ya sauya zuwa Sepanggar, sabon mazabarsa, kusan watanni 3 kafin babban zaben majalisar dokoki a 2018 an tabbatar da shi da kuskure da bala'i ga jam'iyyar. UMNO ta rasa duka kujerun majalisa na Sepanggar da Kota Belud, na ƙarshe saboda fushin masu jefa kuri'a ga UMNO don bayar da umarni ga Abdul Rahman don yin takara a Sepanggar.
A watan Janairun 2021, an nada Abdul Rahman a matsayin Shugaban Kwamitin Daraktoci, Universiti Malaysia Sabah na tsawon shekaru uku. Ya yi alkawarin warware jinkirin gini da ke fama da asibitin koyarwa na jami'a da ayyukan gidaje na dalibai.[3]
