Abdelhakim Belhaj (ko Belhadj ; Larabci: عبد الحكيم بلحاج </link> , nom de guerre : Abu Abdallah Assadaq )[1] (an haife shi 1 ga Mayu 1966)[2] ɗan siyasan Libya ne kuma shugaban soja. Shi ne shugaban jam'iyyar al-Watan mai kishin Islama kuma tsohon shugaban majalisar soji ta Tripoli. Shi ne sarkin rusasshiyar kungiyar gwagwarmayar Islama ta Libya, kungiyar masu adawa da Gaddafi. [3]
Tun daga watan Yunin 2017, bayan rikicin diflomasiyya na Qatar na 2017, Belhadj an sanya shi cikin jerin sunayen 'yan ta'adda kan zargin ta'addanci da ayyukan ta'addanci da ke da alaƙa da tallafin Qatar ga irin waɗannan ƙasashe, waɗanda suka haɗa da, Masar, UAE, Bahrain. Saudiyya, da gwamnatin Tobruk ta Libya, kamar yadda wasu ke goyon bayan wannan ikirari.

A cikin shekarun da ya yi karatu, an ce ya yi tafiye-tafiye da yawa, inda ya yi zamansa a kasashen Sudan, Turkiyya, Pakistan, Syria, da kuma Landan da Denmark.[4]
