Bilongo ta fito ne daga Yankin Yankin Kamaru. Ta halarci kwalejin Johnson a Yaoundé kuma ta yi rawa. A cikin shekarar1987, ta fara halartar atisaye don ƙungiyar wasan kwaikwayo na Les Pagayeurs na gidan wasan kwaikwayo na André Bang da kuma haddar layuka don babban rawar mata. Bilongo ta fara fim ne a shekarar 2000, a cikin Tiga, L'Héritage. A cikin shekarar 2005, Bilongo ta zama tauraruwa kamar Sabine a cikin sabulu opera N'taphil . A cikin shekarar 2007, ta yi wasa Pam a cikin fim ɗin Hélène Patricia Ebah na Les Blessures Inguérissables . Halinta ya shafi bacewar mijinta kuma ta fahimci cewa rayuwarta ta kasance ƙarya.[2] Ta zama edita a tashar talabijin ta CRTV a shekarar 2009.

Bilongo an nada ta Knight of the Order of Valor a watan Mayu 2015, bayan shawarar daga Ministry na Al'adu da Al'adu Narcisse Mouelle Kombi ya gabatar. A shekarar 2019, Bilongo ta fitar da wakarta ta farko, "Le temps de Dieu". An rera ta a cikin yaren Beti kuma an sadaukar da ita ga mahaifiyarta da ta mutu. A cikin shekarar 2020, ta zama tauraruwa kamar Marie Young a cikin fim ɗin soyayya Coup de Foudre à Yaoundé.[3]
