Ibrahim Khaleel Inuwa, Wanda aka fi sani da Injiniya IK Inuwa, ɗan siyasan Nijeriya ne, mai ba da shawara a jihar Kano, kuma memba ne na Kwamitin Gudanar da Muhawara, wanda Mai Shari’a Niki Tobi ya shugabanta a kan Tsarin Mulkin Nijeriya (1999).

An haifi Inuwa a ƙaramar hukumar Gwale ta jihar Kano, Najeriya, a ranar 15 ga Afrilu, 1949. [1] Ya yi karatun firamare a Kofar Kudu ƙaramar Firamare, Fadar Sarki, da kuma a Jihar Kano, daga 1956 zuwa 1959, kafin daga baya ya halarci makarantar firamare ta Gwale a Kano daga 1960 zuwa 1962. [2] Inuwa ya halarci Kwalejin Gwamnati a California daga 1963 zuwa 1967, inda ya karɓi takardar shaidar makarantar Afirka ta Yamma . A shekarar 1968, ya halarci kwalejin Rumfa, Kano, kuma ya sami shedar kammala makarantar sakandare ta Cambridge a shekarar 1969. [1]

Sannan ya sami Jagora na Kimiyyar Kimiyyar Mota a 1978 daga Jami'ar Cranfield, Bedford, Ingila. [2]

Inuwa ya yi aiki tare da Hukumar Bautar Ƙasa ta Kasa daga 1973 zuwa 1974 kafin ya yi aiki tare da Hukumar Ma’aikatan Jihar Kano (CSC) a matsayin injiniyan injiniya har zuwa 1976. Tsakanin 1980 da 1984, ya kasance Mataimakin Babban Injiniya kuma Babban Injiniya a Ma’aikatar Raya Karkara da Ci gaban al’umma ta Nijeriya.[3]

A lokacin Gudanar da Kyaftin din Ƙungiya a watan Disambar 1986, an ba shi mukamin Kwamishina kuma ya yi aiki a Ma’aikatar Raya Karkara da Ci gaban Al’umma ta Jihar Kano. Jihar Kano ce ke da alhakin aiwatar da Daraktan Abinci, Hanyoyi da Lantarki, Raya Al'umma, ƙananan masana'antu, da shirye-shiryen samar da wutar lantarki a karkara. A watan Oktoba na 1988, a lokacin gwamnatin Kanar Idris Garba, an tura shi zuwa sabuwar Ma’aikatar Kiwon Lafiyar Dabbobi da Gandun Daji, wacce ke da alhakin farfado da kiwon dabbobi a cikin Jihar, tare da aiwatar da shirin noman ciyawar.

Bayan ya yi aiki a matsayin kwamishina, Inuwa ya sake komawa Hukumar Raya Karkara ta Noma ta Jihar Kano (KNARDA) a watan Fabrairun 1989, daga ƙarshe ya zama Daraktan Injiniya kafin ya yi ritaya daga Ma’aikatan Gwamnatin Jihar Kano. Bayan ritayarsa, Inuwa ya kafa kamfani mai suna Technovation Limited, inda ya yi aiki a duk tsawon rayuwarsa.

Inuwa ya kasance Shugaban kungiyar Injiniyoyin Nijeriya daga watan Janairun 1989 zuwa Disamba 1990 kuma Shugaban Majalisar Kula da Dokar Injiniya a Najeriya (COREN) tsakanin Afrilu 1991 da Disamba 1994.

Ya yi aiki a matsayin memba na Kwamitin Tsaro na Shugaban Ƙasa kan sake farfado da Kamfanin kera takardu na kasa daga Afrilu 1991 zuwa Disamba 1992. [4] Sannan Inuwa yayi aiki a matsayin Memba na Hukumar Kula da Kimiyya da Injiniya ta Kasa (NASENI) a tsakanin Yulin 1992 da Agusta 1994. [5] Kwanan nan, ya kasance wakili na shirin samar da zaman lafiya da ci gaban Kano (KAPEDI) tsakanin 2010 da 2020. [6]

Inuwa ya karbi Umarnin Tarayyar (OFR) a ranar 20 ga Disamba, 2005. Ya kuma kasance mai karɓar lambar yabo ta Societ ƙungiyar Injiniyoyi ta Nijeriya a cikin shekaru masu zuwa: 1983, 1997, 2001, 2004, 2007, da kuma 2008.

Bugu da ƙari, ya kasance mai karɓar Kwamitin Councila'idar Injiniya a Nijeriya (COREN) Kyautar Gwargwadon Kyauta don Kwarewa (Bambancin Sabis ga Fasaha) a cikin 1997.

An ba Inuwa lambar yabo ta Fasaha ta Makarantar Kimiyya ta Jihar Legas a watan Janairun 2005. [7][8]
