Injera Abinci ne daga ƙasar Habasha Ethiopia kuma shi ne abincin gargajiya na kasar, musamman tsakanin kabilar Amhara da Tigray. Injera na da wani laushi kamar waina ko pancake, kuma ana yin sa ne da hatsin da ake kira teff, wanda ke da yawa a Habasha. Injera na da ɗanɗano mai ɗan tsami saboda ana barin hadin hatsi ya yi fermenting kafin a dafa shi. Yana zama kamar faranti, kuma ana amfani da shi a matsayin kwanon abinci saboda ana jera abinci iri-iri a kai kafin a ci.[1][2][3]
