Jami'ar Musulunci ta Madinah (da Larabci الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة) masarautar Saudi Arabiya ta kafa jami'ar bisa umarnin sarauta a shekarar 1961[1] a tsattsarkan birnin Musulunci na Madina. Koda yake wasu sun danganta akidar Salafiyya da bude jami'ar, ana ganinta a matsayin rashin fahimta sakamakon halayyar da cibiyar ta ke da ita ga kowane akida. Wannan jami'a an tsara shi ne kawai ga ɗaliban musulmai maza.

A shekarar 2009, jami’ar ta bude sashen koyar da injiniyanci. A shekarar 2011 ne jami'ar ta bude sashen koyar da ilimin kimiyya da na Kimiyya. A shekarar 2012, jami'ar ta bude sashen koyar da Kimiyya a karon farko. A shekara ta 2019, jami’ar ta ba da sanarwar cewa za ta bude sashen koyar da ilimin Shari’a.

A cikin 2019, jami'ar ta sanar da cewa za ta fara ba da digiri na kan layi ta hanyar sabon shirin e-ilmantarwa da kuma ilimin nesa. A halin yanzu jami'ar tana ba da karatuttuka na kan layi a fannin Shari'a da kuma bayar da takardar shedar bayar da takardar shaida a cikin harshen larabci ga masu magana da ba asalin ba harshen ba.
