Kabsa ( Arabic ), kuma aka sani da Makboos ( Gulf Arabic ) ko Machboos ( Gulf Arabic: [mɑtʃˈbuːs] ), shinkafa ce gauraya wacce ta samo asali daga Saudiyya [1] ko Yemen . [2] Ana ɗaukarsa a matsayin abinci na ƙasa a duk ƙasashen Majalisar Haɗin gwiwar Gulf . Ana kuma iya samunsa a yankuna kamar kudancin Iran da Gaza a Falasdinu .
