Mariam Najjemba Mbabaali, wacce aka fi sani da Rosemary Najjemba Muyinda 'yar siyasar Uganda ce. Ta yi aiki a matsayin Karamar Ministar Tsare-Tsare Birane a Majalisar Dokokin Uganda daga 15 ga Agusta 2012,[1] har zuwa 6 ga Yuni 2016, lokacin da aka fitar da ita daga majalisar ministoci.[2] A cikin majalisar ministocin, ta maye gurbin Justine Lumumba Kasule, wanda aka naɗa shi babban mai kare gwamnati. Najjemba ta kasance zaɓaɓɓiyar ƴar majalisa mai wakiltar Gomba, gundumar Gomba a kan tikitin jam'iyyar siyasa ta National Resistance Movement (NRM), na wa'adi biyu a jere, daga 2006 har zuwa 2016.[3]

An haife ta a gundumar Gomba a ranar 4 ga Agusta 1972. Ta halarci Makarantar Kitante Hill don iliminta na O-Level.[4] Ta yi karatu a Kwalejin MacKay don karatunta na A-Level, ta kammala a 1993. Ta shiga Jami'ar Makerere a 1994, inda ta kammala a 1997 tare da digiri na farko a fannin Gudanarwa da Gudanarwa. Har ila yau, tana da digiri na biyu a fannin fasaha, wanda aka samu a 2004, kuma daga Jami'ar Makerere.[5]

Tun daga shekarar 1999, har zuwa lokacin da ta shiga siyasa mai fafutuka a shekarar 2006, Mariam Najjemba ta yi aiki a ayyuka daban-daban na gudanarwa a ofishin shugaban kasar Uganda, ciki har da shugabar mata a gidan gwamnati Uganda kuma a matsayin mataimakiyar shugaban kasa kan bincike a State House, Uganda. A shekara ta 2006, ta shiga siyasa ne a matsayin ‘yar takarar kujerar majalisar dokokin gundumar Gomba, a yankin Mpigi a lokacin. Ta yi takarar neman tikitin jam’iyyar siyasa ta National Resistance Movement (NRM) kuma ta yi nasara. A cikin 2011, an raba gundumar Gomba daga gundumar Mpigi, ta kafa gundumar Gomba. An sake zabe ta a mazabar da aka canza suna kuma ta wakilci sabuwar gundumar a majalisa ta 9 (2011 zuwa 2016).[6] A wani sauyi a majalisar ministocin da aka yi a ranar 15 ga Agusta, 2012, an naɗa ta karamar ministar tsare-tsare da raya birane.[7]

A cikin 2015, Najjemba ta sanar da cewa ta daina siyasar zaben Uganda. Ba ta tsaya takara a zaben fidda gwani na jam’iyyar ba a shekarar 2016 kuma ba ta kare yankinta ba. An kuma fitar da ita daga majalisar ministoci a shekarar 2016.[8]
