Shinkafar Ofada


Ofada shinkafa abinci ne na Yoruba. Sunan shinkafa ne na asali daga ƙaramin al'umma da ake kira Ofada, wanda ke cikin yankin karamar hukuma na Obafemi Owode na Jihar Ogun. Ba a shuka shi ne kawai a cikin al'umma ba, amma shinkafa ce ta asali da aka shuka a kudu maso yammacin Najeriya amma an sanya masa suna bayan al'ummar Ofada.[1][2][3] Ana amfani dashi wajen yin jita-jita iri-iri. Ofada shinkafa galibi cakuda ne, kuma wasu daga cikin nau'ikan shinkafa a cikin cakuda ba asalin Afirka ba ne; duk da haka, yawanci suna dauke da Shinkafa ta Afirka.
