Kamfanin Transcorp Power Limited's Ughelli Power Plant wata masana'anta ce da ake harba iskar gas da ke Ughelli, jihar Delta a yankin Neja Delta a Najeriya. Ita ce tashar samar da wutar lantarki mafi girma a kasar.[1]
Kamfanin ya samar da karfin MW 972 kuma yana iya samar da wutar lantarki mai karfin GWh 2,500 a duk shekara.
Kamfanin ya haɗu da ƙayyadaddun bayanai na duniya na yanzu don tsire-tsire nau'insa, kuma ya haɗa da ɗakin kulawa da aka sabunta, ɗakin sauya sheka, makarantar horar da ma'aikata da wuraren nishaɗi.
Yawancin wutar lantarkin da Ughelli ke samarwa ana jigilar su ne ta hanyar hanyar sadarwa na conductors, zuwa cibiyar sadarwa ta kasa.[2]
Kamfanin dai wata kadara ce ta kamfanin Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (Transcorp) na bangaren wutar lantarki, Transcorp Ughelli Power Limited (Transcorp Power).[3]
Tarihi

A ranar 25 ga Satumba, 2012, Transcorp Ughelli Power Limited (TUPL) (wanda ya ƙunshi Wood Rock Energy Resources Limited, Symbion Power LLC, Thomassen Holding Limited, Medea Development SA, Tenoil Petroleum da Energy Services Limited da PSL Engineering and Control Limited) ya lashe $300. m tayin neman mallakar kamfanin samar da wutar lantarki ta Ughelli daya daga cikin kamfanonin samar da wutar lantarki guda shida na Kamfanin Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) wanda gwamnatin tarayyar Najeriya ta mayar da shi zuwa wani kamfani. Ƙarfin Symbion ya ɓace a cikin Satumba 2015.
A ranar 1 ga Nuwamba, 2013, Transcorp Power, a hukumance, ta mallaki Ughelli Power Plc, mai kuma ma’aikacin kamfanin samar da wutar lantarki ta Ughelli, biyo bayan wani bikin mika wutar lantarki da gwamnatin tarayyar Najeriya ta shirya.[4]
