A cikin watan Nuwamba 2018, Sakatare-Janar na Majalisar Ɗinkin Duniya António Guterres ya naɗa Soule zuwa Kwamitin Majalisar Ɗinkin Duniya kan Tallafin Kuɗi na Dijital na Manufofin Ci Gaban mai Dorewa, wanda Maria Ramos da Achim Steiner suka jagoranta. [3]

An zaɓi Soule ta zama shugabar ministocin ƙasashe masu magana da harshen Faransanci waɗanda ke aiki tare don inganta matsakaici da dogon zangonsu na tsare-tsaren tattalin arzikin dijital a shekarar 2019.[4] Soule ta ƙarfafa ƙarin ƙididdiga da UNCTAD ke tallafawa a Benin.
