Ayamase, wanda kuma ake kira daAyamashe, wani nau'in miya ne na musamman ko stew wanda ya fito daga ƙabilar Yarbawa a yammacin Afirka. [1] Ana cin shi da shinkafar Ofada, wani lokacin kuma farar shinkafa na yau da kullum. Ana yin shi da barkono, koren barkono da kayan yaji. [2] [3] Yakan ƙunshi nama, kifi da ƙwai. [4] Yana da launin kore mai duhu. Ya sha bamban da miya mai suna Ofada sauce ko kuma stew Lafenwa mai ja kuma ana ci da shinkafar Ofada. [5] Ya shahara a bukukuwan Yarbawa da ake kira Owambe da kuma a cikin girkin gida.
