Abdullahi Bagudu Mamman, fss, psc, mni (ranar 21 ga watan Yulin a shikara ta 1941) tsohon sojan Najeriya ne Manjo-Janar, siyasa kuma shugaban gargajiya mai ritaya wanda ya yi aiki a muƙaman ministoci biyu, Fasaha da Harkokin Cikin Gida.[1][2]

An haife shi a Abaji, yanzu haka a Abuja.[1] Ya fara karatunsa a makarantar firamare ta Native Authority a cikin shekarar 1947, sannan ya halarci makarantar firamare ta Kwara Senior School Ugu-Beku daga shekarar 1950 zuwa 1957 sannan ya tafi makarantar sakandare ta lardin Okene a shekarar 1962.[3]

Ya yi karatu a Kwalejin horas da sojoji ta Najeriya da ke Kaduna a cikin shekarar 1964 da Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, United Kingdom a cikin shekarar 1964 zuwa 1965, sannan a shekara ta 1968 ya halarci Royal School of Artillery, United Kingdom, Odessa Military College a shekarar 1970, daga baya ya shiga kwamandan Staff College Kaduna a shekarar 1976 ya yi babban kwas na soja kuma ya yi diploma a National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies Jos daga baya a shekara ta 2001 ya samu lambar yabo ta Ph'D.[4][5]

Ya jagoranci rundunonin soji 32 na sojojin Najeriya a cikin shekarar 1970 da kuma Brigade Command School of artillery a 1975 - 1979, babban hafsan soji, United Nation Interim Force Lebanon a cikin shekarar 1981, Commander Corps of Signal 1983 da School of Artillery Brigade.[6] Ya kasance daraktan horar da sojoji da ayyuka a 1985 kuma ya kasance memba a majalisar mulkin soja daga 1985 zuwa 1989 daga baya a cikin shekarar 1988 ya zama kwamandan rundunar soji da kwalejin ma’aikata, Jaji har 1990 a can ya yi ritaya aka naɗa shi minista. A cikin shekarar 1993 ya sami Hikma International Limited daga baya ya zama shugaban hukumar gudanarwa a Jami'ar Nsukka 1995.
