Esther Damalie Nagitta-Musoke (Esther Damalie Naggita-Musoke) Malamar jami'a 'yar ƙasar Uganda, kuma ta yi aiki a matsayin shugabar kuma shugabar riƙo na makarantar shari'a a Jami'ar Makerere, a Uganda, kusan shekaru biyar, daga shekarun 2012 har zuwa 2017. Ta sami digirin-digirgir a Jami'ar Wisconsin Law School inda ta yi karatunta na yancin nakasassu a yankunan karkarar Uganda.[3] Har ila yau, tana da Takaddun shaida a cikin 'Yancin Bil'adama na Mata daga Cibiyar Nazarin Zaman Lafiya ta Jami'ar Turai a Stadtschlaining, Austria, da Diploma na Digiri na biyu a Ayyukan Shari'a daga Cibiyar Bunƙasa Shari'a a Kampala.[4]

Tana koyarwa kuma tana da buƙatun bincike waɗanda suka haɗa da Dokar Ba da Agaji ta Duniya, Dokar Kasuwanci ta Duniya (musamman Kuɗi da Tsaro) da Dokar Shaida da Hukuma.[4] Rubuce-rubucen da ta yi sun kasance a fagen kare hakkin bil’adama, musamman ‘yancin mata a wuraren da ake rikici da nakasassu. Naggitta-Musoke ta kasance malama mai ziyara a Cibiyar Nazarin Shari'a ta Duniya na Jami'ar Wisconsin-Madison. Tun a shekarar 2012, ta kasance shugabar Makarantar Shari'a a Jami'ar Makerere. A halin yanzu ita ce memba na Doka da Shari'a a kwamitin edita na Jaridar Gabashin Afirka na Aminci da 'Yancin Ɗan Adam.[5]
