Frejon (Daga Feijão, wanda shine kalmar Fotigal don wake) madarar kwakwa ce da miyan wake da ake ci musamman a lokacin Makon Mai Tsarki ta hanyar zaɓin Kiristoci, galibin Katolika, a duk faɗin duniya. Kasashen da Frejon ya shahara sun hada da Brazil da Najeriya (musamman a cikin Yarbawa da suka dawo Najeriya daga Brazil a lokacin da aka kawar da cinikin bayi, kuma suka zauna a wani wuri da ake kira "Brazil Quarters" a tsibirin Lagos), da kuma Saliyo a kan Good. Jumma'a, ko don ayyuka kamar bukukuwan aure.[1] Domin abincin kiwo da naman nama (naman sa, naman alade, akuya) an haramta su sosai a ranar Juma'a mai kyau, wannan abincin ya dace da abincin da ba na kiwo ba kamar soyayyen kifi da katantanwa barkono.
Frejon da ake sha a Najeriya da Afrika ta Yamma, wani nau’i ne da aka yi da bakar wake ana dafa shi a hankali cikin dare a kan wutan itace ko garwashi, sannan a hada shi da madarar kwakwa ta zama mai kauri, mai dadi, santsi. A wasu ƙasashe ana ɗanɗano tasa da koko.[1] Ana yawan ba da Frejon tare da stew kifi, barkono da katantanwa da Garri Ijebu.[2]
